Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the service provider and users in relation to the use of TechLog (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the blog and portfolio platform provided by TechLog.
• "User" refers to members and non-members who access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Member" refers to a person who has joined the Service through social login.
• "Post" refers to text, comments, images, and other content posted by members on the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to Terms)

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means.
2. The service provider may change the Terms as necessary, and the changed Terms take effect after being announced within the Service.

Article 4 (Membership)

1. Users may sign up through the social login (Google, GitHub, Kakao) provided by the Service.
2. An account is created based on information provided by the social login provider at the time of registration.

Article 5 (Service Provision)

The Service provides the following features.

• Viewing technical blog posts
• Viewing project portfolios
• Writing and managing member posts (with writer permission)
• Writing and managing comments

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following actions.

• Stealing or improperly using another person's personal information
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Damaging another person's reputation or causing harm
• Infringing intellectual property rights such as copyrights
• Posting obscene, abusive, or hate-based content
• Posting commercial advertising content for profit
• Any other actions that violate relevant laws and regulations

Article 7 (Post Management)

1. The copyright of posts written by members belongs to the respective member.
2. The service provider may delete or move posts without prior notice if they fall into the following categories.

• Posts that violate the Terms of Service
• Posts that infringe on the rights of others
• Posts that violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

1. The service provider may change or suspend the service, and will provide prior notice in such cases.
2. The service provider may change or suspend part or all of the free service without providing separate compensation to users.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The service provider is exempt from liability if the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
2. The service provider is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
3. The service provider is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of posts published by users.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the use of the Service, the service provider and users shall sincerely negotiate to resolve the dispute. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the competent court in accordance with relevant laws.
